By creating an account or using TextileStudio.ai, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

TextileStudio.ai is a business-to-business (B2B) platform built for textile manufacturers to generate AI-based design previews before physical sample production. This Platform is operated by Rain Infotech Private Limited.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric information, health data, or religious or political beliefs.

We use the information we collect to:

1. Create and manage your TextileStudio.ai account
2. Verify your identity using WhatsApp OTP at login
3. Generate AI design previews based on the sketches, descriptions, and selections you provide
4. Process payments and issue GST-compliant invoices for credit pack purchases
5. Track and apply credit balances, including free trial credits, referral credits, and purchased credits
6. Operate the referral program, including tracking referral signups and rewarding eligible users
7. Send transactional WhatsApp messages, including OTPs, purchase confirmations, invoices, credit expiry warnings, and referral notifications
8. Provide customer support and respond to your queries
9. Improve Platform performance, reliability, and design generation quality
10. Detect and prevent fraud, abuse of the referral program, or violation of our Terms and Conditions
11. Comply with applicable Indian laws, including tax and GST recordkeeping requirements

We do not use your uploaded designs, sketches, or business information for any purpose other than generating your requested preview and improving the underlying AI model's reliability for your account, except as described in Section 4.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

We require these service providers to handle your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, and to use it solely for the purpose of providing services to us.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.

4.3 Business Transfers

If Rain Infotech Private Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
• Secure cloud infrastructure for data storage
• Regular review of security practices

We do not store your payment card, UPI ID, or net banking credentials. These are processed directly and securely by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner.

Under applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

2. Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
3. Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the basis for processing (this may limit your ability to use certain features)
4. Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to our Account Deletion Policy and legal retention requirements

TextileStudio.ai uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in during your session
• Remember your language preference
• Understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Platform, including staying logged in.

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

By providing your mobile number and verifying it via OTP, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages from TextileStudio.ai for the following purposes:

• Login verification (OTP)
• Purchase confirmations and invoices
• Credit expiry reminders
• Referral program notifications
• Important account or service updates

We will not send promotional or marketing WhatsApp messages without your consent, and you may opt out of non-essential notifications by contacting [email protected]. Transactional messages (such as OTPs and payment confirmations) are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

OTP verification and automated notifications are sent from a dedicated TextileStudio.ai WhatsApp number used solely for this purpose, which is separate from our human support numbers listed in Section 15. If you receive a message from a number other than our published support numbers claiming to be from TextileStudio.ai, verify its authenticity by contacting us directly through the channels listed below before responding or sharing any information.

The TextileStudio.ai AI Automation Software is an optional Windows desktop application that assists in reproducing a design you created on the Platform inside third-party embroidery design programs installed on your own computer. Its use is also governed by its End User Licence Agreement.

10.1 The AI Automation Software Runs Entirely on Your Computer

The AI Automation Software does not collect or transmit any information to us. Specifically, it:

• Does not connect to our servers while running, or to the internet at all
• Does not collect or send any information about you, your computer, or your designs
• Does not take screenshots
• Does not send diagnostic, telemetry, crash, or usage data
• Does not read the licence status of any third-party program

To let you select the correct program window to work with, the AI Automation Software reads the name, file path, publisher, and window title of the embroidery design programs running on your computer. This is shown to you on screen in the window selection list. It is not saved to a file and cannot be sent anywhere, because the application contains no networking capability of any kind.

Your tool position configuration is stored only on your own computer, in a location you choose. The application may also write a local error log file alongside itself if it fails to start. Neither is transmitted to us. We have no access to your configuration, to any design open in your embroidery design program, or to any file on your computer.

10.2 The .tsai Instruction File

The .tsai automation instruction file is generated on the Platform, not by the desktop application. It is created from the sketch, selections, and edits you make on the Platform, and it contains the drawing instructions needed to reproduce that design.

Because the .tsai file is generated on the Platform, the information used to create it is handled in the same way as any other design content you upload, as described in Sections 2, 3, and 4 of this Policy. Once you download the file, the copy on your computer is under your control.

10.3 Design Confidentiality

We understand that your embroidery design program may contain work belonging to your clients. The AI Automation Software has no capability to read, copy, upload, or transmit that work. It performs mouse and keyboard actions only.

TextileStudio.ai is a business-to-business platform intended for use by textile manufacturers and business owners. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Grievance Officer for TextileStudio.ai is:

TextileStudio.ai is designed primarily for textile manufacturers based in India. If you access the Platform from outside India, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in India, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
