This page explains how you can request deletion of your TextileStudio.ai account and associated personal data, what happens when you do, and what you can expect during the process.
This page is accessible to anyone, whether or not you currently have the TextileStudio.ai app installed or are logged in, in accordance with applicable platform requirements for account and data deletion.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your TextileStudio.ai account through any of the following methods:
Option A: Within the App
If you have the TextileStudio.ai app or website open and are logged in:
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request via WhatsApp OTP verification
- Your deletion request will be submitted immediately
Option B: Without Logging In (Web Request)
If you no longer have access to the app, have uninstalled it, or are unable to log in:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered mobile number (the number used to create your account)
- Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp at +91-9586966688 or +91-9586966689 with the same information
We will verify your identity using your registered mobile number before processing the request, to prevent fraudulent deletion requests on accounts that are not yours.
2. What Happens When You Request Deletion

The entire process, from request to confirmed deletion, typically completes within 10 business days.
3. What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed from our active systems:
- Your name, mobile number, and account profile information
- Your business information, including any GSTIN provided
- All uploaded sketches, reference images, and fabric photos
- All AI-generated design previews associated with your account
- Your generation history and usage activity
- Your remaining credit balance (free trial, referral, and purchased credits are all forfeited, see Section 5)
- Your referral link and referral activity history
- Saved assets in your asset library
Once deletion is complete, this data cannot be recovered, and your account cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use TextileStudio.ai again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
4. What We Are Required to Retain
Under Indian law, certain records must be retained even after account deletion, for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. We retain only what is legally required, and nothing beyond it:

This retained data is kept solely for legal compliance and security purposes. It is not used for marketing, is not accessible through any active account, and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
5. Credits Are Forfeited Upon Deletion
Any unused credits in your account at the time of deletion, whether free trial credits, referral credits, or purchased credits, are forfeited and are not refunded, except where a refund would otherwise be due under our Refund Policy for an unrelated, already-approved refund request submitted before your deletion request.
If you have purchased credits you have not yet used and wish to use them before closing your account, we recommend doing so, or contacting [email protected] to discuss your options, before submitting a deletion request.
6. Partial Data Deletion Requests
If you do not wish to delete your entire account, but want specific data removed (for example, a particular uploaded sketch or design), you may request this separately by emailing [email protected] with details of the specific data you want removed. We will process such requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. Effect on Referral Program
If you have referred other users to TextileStudio.ai, deleting your account does not affect the accounts or credits of users you referred. They retain any credits already issued to them. However, you will no longer be able to track referral activity or receive future referral rewards once your account is deleted.
8. Withdrawing a Deletion Request
If you change your mind after submitting a deletion request but before the deletion has been processed (Step 3 in the table above), contact us immediately at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +91-9586966688 or +91-9586966689, and we will cancel the request. Once deletion is complete, it cannot be reversed.
